It’s time for my journal/notebook update.

The last time I blogged about my journal was August. I had just gotten into a traveler’s notebook (TN) and couldn’t  wait for my NAYA to get here. Several months later I’m settled in and loving my options. Getting organized has never been so colorful and fun. Yeah I know that sounds crazy. To be honest it goes back to my theme for life, ‘Live Love Create’. In this case my TN helps me to live an organized life, I love it and I get to create.

I’ve purchased a few sticker sets and die cuts in addition to the stencils that I already have to create and decorate each week. Between my markers, stickers, die cuts and washi tape the pages of each week are quite colorful.

Weekly set up

I really love the clear TN because it makes everything look so sparkly  with the sequins. Still, I have ordered  a leather TN very recently because I believe it will be more durable. I have four inserts in it, including my bullet journal. This allows me to take care of what ever I need as the day goes on. So I have a writing insert, 1 for to balance my account, and 1 for my lesson plans. I added 5th book using elastic but have taken it out since I wasn’t using it. In addition to keeping track of my schedule I also chart my sleep and activities. That’s a lot of different things, and yes it is a bit heavy, but I go very few places without it. In fact if I don’t have my regular TN I have a pocket 1 that works great for me to just take notes.

I’ve already started thinking of how I’m going to organizing for next year. I’ve decided to explore a different journal so I ordered and received a Hobonichi journal. Since the Hobonichi has more space to write as a result of its set up, I should be able to work more on creating than before.
