You’re Important Too!

Peace & Love Everyone!

I’m hoping everyone had a great week. For some of us that isn’t the case at all. It just seemed longer than usual. Or a particular day seemed like it would never end. After a day or a week like that we definitely need to take a moment for us. But we shouldn’t wait for a horrible day to take a minute to cool down. It’s important that we make time to care for ourselves regularly.

Often times we don’t take time for ourselves. We figure we’re too busy and we’ll take time later or next week or next month. But it doesn’t happen and we burn ourselves out. Self care can be 5 mins to several hours.

I wanted to make this blog about the ways we can pamper and care for ourselves. Below I’ve given a few ideas and links to the things I think many would enjoy.

I myself have a list of things I try to make time for. Some of them are on the list like watch a show from my Hulu or taking a long bath. Mostly, as you may know from reading my blog, I love to create. Creating often helps me relax.

Now, in my search I started to find that a lot of the lists had the same idea, so I only included a few links.

Here’s a list of over 30 ways to take a me minute

Like so many women I wear different hats. Sometimes all at once, sometimes one after another. I'm a mother, teacher, daughter, sister, friend and writer. That doesn't include my love to create things. I love working with my hands to crochet, draw, mix natural products and the list goes on. This blog is an extension of that love. Join me and see how I Live Love Create.
