Countdown to War

Peace and Love Everyone!

I’m counting down to the Bollywood movie War. We have two months and three days left before this epic War begins between Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff.

This week I’m reviewing two of Hrithik Roshan’s movies Kaabil and Jodhaa Akbar. Both movies are on Netflix presently. Although, I’m not sure for how long.

Originally, I was going to do 1 movie at a time but there are other movies I want to talk about coming out so here we go.

First up Kaabil, a love story turned nightmare. Hrithik’s character, Rohan, is blind and is fixed up with a beauty who is also blind. She’s skeptical that he can care for her at first but he wins her over. And don’t you know, haters going to hate. When the couple marry, the local thug and his best friend are jealous. The happy couple isn’t happy for long.

Rohan becomes the avenging angel for his beautiful wife. No one would think a blind man could fight back. Hrithik is believable as Rohan and so are the action scenes.

I give Kaabil 🤩🤩🤩🤩 out of 5 starry eyed emojis.

Jodhaa Akbar is based on the history of Hindustan. Jalaudin Mohammed Akbar (Hrithik) was ruler in the Mughals dynasty. The dream was to unite all of Hindustan (Indai). Akbar was the first Mughal emperor born in Hindustan. He is wedded to a Hindu princess Jodhaa who is played by Aishwarya Rai.

Jodhaa Akbar is a winding and twisting tale of love, honor and betrayal. Hrithik gives a powerful performance as Akbar. The chemistry between him and Aishwarya is kismet. It’s a must see. I give Jodhaa Akbar 🤩🤩🤩🤩 out of 5 starry eye emojis.

So far I’ve reviewed Super 30, Kaabil and Jodhaa Akbar. Let me know what you think of the movies. Do you agree with my review?

Make sure to check back in next week for my review of Mohenjo Daro and Bang Bang.

Subscribe so you know when I post.

Until then, Peace & Love.

That doesn't include my love to create things. I love working with my hands to crochet, draw, mix natural products and the list goes on. This blog is an extension of that love.
