Live, love and create are words that come to mind when I think of why I started Designs by Het Heru, Inc. To me it’s a reflection of those words. I wanted to live my dreams. It’s important in life that we take the time, not just to dream but to make those dreams come true. I don’t know about you but I don’t want to go through life just wishing I had. Living is part of that.
Love is just as important in our lives. Whether we love what we do or how much we love our family and friends. Even the love we have for our favorite things. I, love the smell of roses. Things we love make living so much more worth while. As I thought about the words that were important to me, I realized that I loved to create.
From young I have had opportunities to create different things. From my poetry as an emotional outlet to the short stories I had written to lose myself in the tale it self. As I grown, I’ve learned to create so much more. As I have lived, I have learned to create poetry, stories, jewelry, afghans, hats and scarves.
